Two five-storey multi-family residential buildings with commercial units, and one level of underground parking and storage units were constructed using traditional reinforced concrete and masonry technology (a total of 274 apartments). The underground garages and site provide a total of 369 parking spaces. The scope of works also included road construction, playgrounds and landscaping.
