A multi-family residential complex with commercial units on the ground floors, ranging from four to five storeys. The complex consists of 7 seven residential buildings constructed using traditional reinforced concrete and masonry technology (a total of 290 apartments). The project was delivered with an underground parking facility (464 spaces) and site development, including paved access roads, green areas and a children’s playground.
