A three-storey public utility building, delivered under a general contracting system, comprising an auditorium for approximately 550 people, laboratories, workshops, seminar rooms, offices, and auxiliary spaces. The scope of works also included complete electrical, telecommunications and sanitary installations, a solar installation, external connections and networks, and site landscaping.
