NARCYZOWE WZGÓRZA is a modern property development project being carried out in Lublin, in the Ponikwoda district at the junction of Narcyzowa and Nagietkowa streets, just 3 km from the centre of Lublin.

In the first phase of the development, 9 residential buildings were completed, including 8 detached houses: W1 to W8, and one multi-family building, B1.

In the second phase, we are currently constructing 3 multi-family buildings designated C, D and E. 

The uniqueness of the Narcyzowe Wzgórza estate is evidenced by its highly attractive location in a quiet and peaceful part of Lublin, yet close to the city centre. The estate is situated directly above a picturesque ravine, which forms part of the Ecological System of Protected Areas.

The development stands out for its original architecture, high standard of finish and the exceptional functionality of the residential units on offer.

As part of the Narcyzowe Wzgórza II development, a total of 3 multi-family residential buildings with 4 above-ground storeys will be constructed, housing a total of 175 two- three- or four-bedroom flats ranging in size from 32 m² to 77 m², fitted for the installation of a SMART HOME system.

Each flat will be equipped with private relaxation areas, such as loggias, terraces or private gardens. The buildings will also feature parking spaces in an underground garage, storage units and bicycle storage areas. The surroundings of the buildings will be enhanced with modern green spaces, leisure and recreation areas, a private dog park and a playground for the estate’s youngest residents. To ensure the highest level of comfort and a sense of security, a CCTV system will be installed in the estate.
