“NARCYZOWE WZGÓRZA”

NARCYZOWE WZGÓRZA is our in-house development project, located at ul. Narcyzowa in Lublin.

In Phase 1 of the development, a total of nine residential buildings were completed (96 apartments) – a complex consisting of eight three-storey villas with four apartments each, and one four-storey multi-family building.

In Phase 2, three multi-family buildings with four above-ground storeys are being constructed, comprising a total of 175 apartments.

The buildings are distinguished by their original architecture. The apartments feature a high standard of finish and are equipped with smart home installations, offering private relaxation areas such as loggias, terraces, or large gardens. Each building includes underground parking spaces and storage units.
