A single-storey hall building delivered under a general contracting system, comprising a warehouse hall and a three-storey office and social section. The scope of works included reinforced concrete works as well as comprehensive electrical, telecommunications, and sanitary installations. A large-format retail hall constructed using a steel-reinforced concrete structure, with a two-storey social section built in traditional construction technology, as well as a winter garden constructed from steel with a roof covering. The building was executed under a general contracting system. The scope of works also included the construction of parking lots, access roads, manoeuvring areas and the reconstruction of National Road No. 2, including the construction of a roundabout.
