Completion date: 08.2008 – 09.2009

An office-technical building constructed in monolithic reinforced concrete. The scope of works also included earthworks, structural frame and partition walls, installation works, and finishing works, including raised access floors. Additionally, the façade was executed using Alucobond and Euronit systems, along with roadworks and site development.
