"ZWIĄZKOWA 14" Swietelsky is building a modern service and office facility in Lublin

The construction of a modern, 4-story building at Związkowa Street in Lublin, intended for commercial, service, and office spaces, has been ongoing for over two months.

In the ZWIĄZKOWA 14 facility, rooms for medical, office, commercial, and other service industries will be arranged on 4 floors. There will also be space for 200 parking spots on 2 levels of underground garages.

Our Client is IMMOBILIA POLSKA II Sp. z o.o., a Lublin real estate developer based at Spokojna Street 2/U3.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of January 2026. Our scope includes comprehensive execution of construction works in General Contracting, supervision, and coordination of all construction trades performed by local subcontractors.

This project is particularly significant for us. It is another step in our efforts to strengthen our position in the region, in the local Lublin market, where the main office of Swietelsky Sp. z o.o. is located in Poland.
