SWIETELSKY Lublin is the contractor for the new ecological residential building AVENIR in Warsaw

We are excited to start the construction of another residential investment in Warsaw "AVENIR" for our trusted business partner, Bouygues Immobilier Polska Sp. z o.o..

89 modern units ranging from 26 to 139 m² (apartments and commercial premises) with an intelligent home automation control system will be built at Wschodu Słońca Street in the Włochy District.

As with previous projects with our regular Client, we will implement ecological solutions in the construction, including an external system in green areas that stores and filters rainwater, which then replenishes groundwater. This system also enhances the aesthetics and microclimate of the place.

Collaboration with Bouygues Immobilier is proof that conducting the construction process in a partnership manner and the flexible approach of all parties involved are the keys to success.
