For over a year, the expansion of the Provincial Center for Occupational Medicine at Nałęczowska Street in Lublin has been underway, with Swietelsky Sp. z o.o. as the General Contractor.
The investment is financed from funds obtained by the Marshal of the Voivodeship from EU funds, granted as part of the EU's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As part of the main contract, we are carrying out the construction of a 5-story Segment C, adjacent to the existing clinic and a 2-story Segment E for the children's clinic. This will create new multi-specialty clinics for patients from across the voivodeship.
Due to the ongoing work on a functioning facility that is still accepting patients, this project poses a significant logistical challenge in terms of implementing special safety measures, coordinating specialized industry work, and efficiently organizing work at the interface of various stages of the investment's implementation.
During these stages, the facility has also entrusted us with another phase of construction: the implementation of Module D along with the Central Patient Registration. It will connect the old building with the new on the eastern side, improving the functionality of all specialist clinics and allowing for a comprehensive communication, functional, technological, and installation connection between the buildings of this large provincial clinic.
