Signing the contract for the construction of the modern apartment building LINDE RESIDENCE II

At the beginning of February 2023, as the General Contractor, we signed a contract for the comprehensive execution of the residential building “Linde Residence II” in Stare Bielany, Warsaw. In the building being constructed by us on behalf of Bouygues Immobilier Polska Sp. z o.o., 58 modern apartments will be created. The contract also includes the construction of an underground garage (71 parking spaces, including 26 on parking platforms) and the development of external areas. The execution period specified in the contract includes the completion of works in August 2024.
