Progress of work on the Swietelsky Lublin development project "Narcyzowe Wzgórza II"

“Narcyzowe Wzgórza II” is a modern development project carried out by Swietelsky in Lublin, in the Ponikwoda district, at the intersection of Narcyzowa and Nagietkowa streets.

Currently, construction work is progressing intensively, we are conducting reinforced concrete and masonry works on 3 buildings being constructed simultaneously.The work is being carried out using the method of sequential execution of elements. The most advanced is building “C”, where work is ongoing on the last floor (4th above-ground floor), followed by building “E” which has 3 above-ground floors and “D” which has 2 above-ground floors.
We plan to complete the open raw state by the end of August.

Our residential investment in Lublin, where our company has its headquarters, is located at Nagietkowa Street, in the Ponikwoda District, just 3 km from the city center. In the first phase of the investment, 9 residential buildings were completed, including 8 villa buildings: W1 to W8 and one multi-family building B1. In the second phase, we are building 3 multi-family buildings marked: C, D, E.
