NOWY CZECHÓW advanced finishing works

The project on Kameralna Street, NOWY CZECHÓW carried out by the investor, IMMOBILIA POLSKA GROUP, and the general contractor, SWIETELSKY, is an example of contemporary construction combining high-density development, environmental sustainability, functionality and advanced technical solutions. The top floors will feature terraces with jacuzzis and sunshades – a solution rarely found in multi-family residential developments in the region.

Key features of the project:

The building is currently in the phase of intensive finishing works. The reinforced-concrete structure has been fully completed, while the façade is at a very advanced stage – some walls already have their final render, while others are undergoing insulation and wet works. All windows have been installed, and most of the balcony railings are already in place. Installation, plastering and finishing works are ongoing inside the building.

At the same time, landscaping and infrastructure works are being carried out: the reconstruction of Kameralna Street, new pavements, lighting and the revitalisation of more than one hectare of green space, including a park with mature trees, walking paths and street furniture.

This is a stage involving the intensive, simultaneous work of numerous construction teams.

Nowy Czechów fits into Lublin’s urban planning concept, which assumes that residents should have access to essential services within a short walking distance. Shops, schools, nurseries, public transport stops and green areas are all located in the immediate vicinity.

Once construction is completed, Nowy Czechów will become one of the most distinctive and modern residential buildings in Lublin. High-rise development, panoramic terraces, environmentally friendly solutions, abundant greenery and upgraded road infrastructure will create a new and attractive living environment in a dynamically developing part of the city.
