CONSTRUCTION OF NOVELIA BEMOWO IN WARSAW
In May 2022, we started another construction investment for our long-term business partner – Bouygues Immobilier Polska Sp. z o.o., with whom we have successfully completed 3 investments so far.
“NOVELIA BEMOWO” in Warsaw is being carried out by us comprehensively as the General Contractor and includes the construction of a multi-family building with an underground garage, technical infrastructure, and land development.
In the building at Wieśniaczej Street in the Bemowo district, 89 apartments and 97 parking spaces will be arranged. An architectural curiosity is the planned large terraces on the roof of the apartments on the top floor.
We plan to complete the construction works by the end of next year, 2023.
