Implementation of MAŁA PRAGA V for the developer DEVELIA S.A. has joined the completed projects in our residential portfolio. The building at ul. Przeworska (Praga Południe) houses 46 apartments ranging from 30 to 108 m2 as well as commercial premises.
During its 22 years of operation, SWIETELSKY SP. Z O.O. has completed over 10 residential investments across Poland (Warsaw, Lublin, Łódź, Olsztyn), totaling more than 1100 apartments for developers such as Bouygues Immobilier Sp. z o.o., Develia S.A., B.S.R.
