In the central part of Lublin, Swietelsky Sp. z o.o. is carrying out a prestigious residential investment: the construction of the "Nowy Czechów" Residential Estate for a leading local developer, Immobilia, our long-term business partner.
Currently, intensive work on the raw state is underway. In Stage A of the investment, the pouring of the roof slabs has already been completed, while in Stage B, the construction of the 8th floor is being carried out. Concurrently, reinforced concrete, masonry, plastering, facade, flooring, and installation works are being conducted – in the scope of electrical works, water and sewage installations, ventilation, and insulation. Work is also ongoing related to tenant changes and the installation of window joinery.
Ultimately, the investment will include 246 apartments in a modern building surrounded by greenery in a resident-friendly environment - on a large, 1-hectare area. The project is being implemented in accordance with BREEAM certification requirements, which means the use of materials that meet strict sustainable building standards.
Swietelsky in Lublin is also acting as the General Contractor for Immobilia, constructing a service building at Związkowa Street.
