In Warsaw, Swietelsky Sp. z o.o. continues its collaboration with Bouygues Immobilier, which is part of the Bouygues Group – a leading French real estate developer.
Two intimate buildings – a residential investment named “OSIEDLE LUMEA 6” will be built at Szeligowska Street in the Bemowo District of Warsaw - 49 apartments with sizes ranging from 28 to even 140 m2.
In the underground garage, there will be 74 parking spaces available for new owners, as well as a covered bike parking.
The building will feature ecological solutions, including photovoltaic panels on the roof, a charging station for electric cars, and a light-colored roof that will limit the heating of the building. An interesting aspect will also be the use of retained rainwater for watering plants in the common areas.
Currently, construction work is underway, with reinforced concrete works ongoing, and the foundation slab has already been completed. The outline of the underground garage is visible, and the first columns are becoming supports for the next floors of the future buildings. According to the work schedule, we have started pouring the ceiling above the garage.
This is our seventh collaboration with Bouygues Immobilier. This investor guarantees ongoing cooperation and commitment at every stage of the work. We believe that the sixth phase of the Lumea estate, entrusted to us for construction, will be a wonderful showcase of this rapidly developing part of the city.
