The construction of the "Nowy Czechów" housing estate, which we are implementing as the General Contractor, is currently at the stage of reinforced concrete works for the underground part of the building, covering 2 levels.
The excavation for the building with a volume of 60,000 m3, an area of 5,600 m2, reaching a depth of 10 meters, has been secured with a pile wall made of CCFA piles and a Berlin wall, and ground reinforcement has also been carried out using DSM columns.
On behalf of the Lublin developer IMMOBILIA Polska Group Sp. z o.o., a 13-story residential building will be constructed, which will accommodate 246 modern apartments and 2 commercial premises, as well as 287 parking spaces.
The "Nowy Czechów" investment is applying for a BREEAM quality certificate, which sets widely recognized standards in the area of:
- quality of execution,
- energy efficiency,
- use of ecological, low-emission materials.
The attractive location of the investment in close proximity to Czechów, between the main arteries of the city, Al. Kompozytorów Polskich and Smorawińskiego, increases the interest of potential buyers of modern, ecological apartments.
