In December 2022, Swietelsky Sp. z o.o. based in Lublin completed its first own residential project with 96 apartments “Narcyzowe Wzgórza.” Currently, the last units are being sold to buyers.
The investment, located on Nagietkowa Street above a picturesque gorge, part of the Ecological System of Protected Areas, stands out with a very functional layout of rooms. All units provide a high standard of finish and private relaxation areas.
During its 23-year activity, the company has already built over 1200 apartments. On the occasion of closing another residential investment, we summarized our achievements in the residential construction industry in a short presentation.
