Swietelsky Sp. z o.o. in Poland (based in Lublin) is carrying out the fifth investment in Warsaw for Bouygues Immobilier Polska Sp. z o.o..
Bouygues Immobilier is currently one of the leading residential property developers in France and Europe, delivering over 10,000 apartments annually.
The residential building “Linde Residence II” at Oczapowskiego Street in Warsaw (Stare Bielany District) started in February 2023 and is currently at the stage of closed shell construction. A particular challenge during the execution of the construction works so far has been the implementation of a specialized excavation protection system using drilled piles. The completion period specified in the contract includes finishing the works in August 2024.
The apartment building Linde Residence II (total area 6,849 m2, usable area 3,372 m2) will feature 58 modern apartments ranging from 66 to 107 m2. Each apartment will have a balcony or garden, while the top floor units will be equipped with green roof terraces. An architectural curiosity is the facade panels in wood color, referencing the nearby forest.
In projects carried out together with our long-term business partner, Bouygues Immobilier, we focus on implementing innovative and ecological solutions, including:
- Appartme - a hybrid residential automation system that allows control of four main areas of the apartment: lighting, electrical sockets, heating, and water,
- photovoltaic panels,
- LED lighting in common areas,
- solutions for collecting rainwater, which is then used for watering green areas.
In this way, we ensure that the quality of our projects meets the highest standards and that the constructed facilities are friendly not only to residents but also to nature.
