In particular, medical offices and premises for medical services respond very well to the needs of the residents of the Czechów District and the entire city of Lublin. The proximity to the center, excellent communication, and nearly 200 parking spaces make it a convenient space for both patients and employees.
An additional advantage will be the planned sports facilities, such as sports fields, a climbing wall, and other elements that enable active leisure.
With each subsequent stage of construction, Związkowa 14 is increasingly becoming a place that combines modernity, functionality, and real value for the community. We are working intensively to ensure the timely handover of the facility as the General Contractor. It will become a new service point on the map of Lublin.
